We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate, 10-15 days delivery after dispatch
• Free Shipping (EMS): Free for orders over $50, 15-25 days delivery after dispatch

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our Houston warehouse.

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or peak seasons. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number for assistance.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations:

• You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return
• Items must be in original condition with all packaging
• Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to start the process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Our HO scale track comes in different codes (70, 83, 100) which refer to the rail height in thousandths of an inch:

• Code 100: Most common, works with all wheel sets
• Code 83: More prototypical appearance, requires compatible wheels
• Code 70: For fine-scale modeling, needs specific wheels

Beginners may want to start with Code 100 or Bachmann EZ Track for easy assembly.

Both are quality brands with different strengths:

• Athearn: Known for highly detailed locomotives and rolling stock, often preferred by serious modelers
• Bachmann: Offers excellent value, especially their EZ Track system which is great for beginners
