The Rix Maxwell Ave. House kit is modeled after mid western homes built during the 1930s and 1940s. House kit come in three versions.  Kit 203 is a house with side porch.. Molded in styrene plastic, this kit features clapboard walls, asphalt shingle roofing, brick foundation, chimney, doors, steps, and window material. Dimensions: 28 x 31 scale feet / 3-7/8″ x 4-1/4″
