5. Returns and Refunds

• HO Scale Detail Parts
• HO Scale Athearn Parts

• Clearance or “Final Sale” items

2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days (credit cards) or 3-5 days (PayPal)

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Free shipping orders will have $12.95 deducted from refunds.

Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged goods. We’ll arrange replacements at no cost.
